About Ash Roses
Ash Roses is an independent buying-guide site about patio heaters, the propane, electric and tabletop heaters that keep a patio, deck or porch usable once the evenings turn cool.
We write for homeowners who want a few more months outside each year. Our aim is simple: help you pick a heater that fits your space, your fuel and the way you use your yard.
What we cover
Our guides cover propane tower and pyramid heaters, plug-in electric infrared heaters for walls, ceilings and stands, and small tabletop models. We sort them by the space they suit, the heat they put out and how easy they are to live with.
We also answer the questions most shoppers ask before they buy. That means where a heater can safely stand, what it costs to run, how to keep it clean and what to check when it won't light.
How we work
We read the specs, the manuals and each maker's own information for every heater we cover. We also look at what owners often report after a season or two of use.

What we are not
We don't make or sell heaters, and no brand pays us to rank its products. Ash Roses isn't affiliated with Amazon Basics, Hykolity, EAST OAK, Pamapic or any other maker.
We don't claim to have tested every heater on a patio of our own. When we pick something, we say why, based on its specs, its features and owner feedback.
We don't give gas repair or wiring steps. A patio heater works with fire or high heat, so the maker's manual always comes first.
